My Role & Contributions

When designing / developing the website for Tempo Traveller & Bus Booking Varanasi, I focused on these areas:

  • Conveying the heritage and trustworthiness of the company using visual cues and content: emphasizing their long period of service (since 2004), positive customer orientation, and local expertise.

  • Structuring the site so that services & fleet options are easy to find: separating cabs, buses, tempo travellers; listing amenities; clarifying types of tours offered.

  • Ensuring call-to-action clarity: “Book Now”, “Contact Us”, etc., were placed prominently so users can initiate bookings or get information immediately.

  • Designing responsive layout so the site works well on mobile devices (important for travellers), with easy navigation and visible contact info.

  • Using imagery and content that reflect the cultural and spiritual travel focus, to appeal to the typical demographic (pilgrimage, heritage tourism etc.).


Outcomes & Impact

  • Visitors can quickly understand who the company is, what services they offer (cabs / bus / tempo), why choose them (experience, local knowledge, comfort).

  • Better user experience in booking or enquiry process because service options and destinations are clearly listed.
